Refunds, disputes & cancellation
These policies apply to our digital subscription service. We do not ship physical products.
Physical goods
We do not sell physical goods through this website. A separate return policy for physical merchandise is therefore not applicable.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. If you cancel, you typically retain access through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds for partial periods are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or you cancelled but were billed again), contact us promptly at support@synchrodash.com with your account email and charge details. We will review and respond in line with our terms of service.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer, we will respond through our payment processor (Stripe) with relevant subscription and account records. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue without a dispute.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your account data unless stated in the product or you request account deletion separately. Use the Stripe customer billing portal or in-app subscription management (where available) to cancel.
After cancellation, features that require an active subscription may be disabled when the current paid period ends.
Free trials & promotions
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, the specific duration, price, and conditions are shown at checkout or in the offer. Unless we state otherwise, the subscription converts to the regular price when the trial or promotion ends. See also terms — promotions.
