Terms of service

1. The service

We provide a web-based dashboard and related tools that let you connect third-party services (such as App Store Connect, Stripe, and Google Analytics) to view analytics and operational data in one place. Features may change over time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to connect any third-party accounts you link to the service.

3. Fees & subscription

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required. We may change prices with reasonable notice as described at checkout or by email to your account address.

4. Promotions

Any free trial, discount, or promotional offer includes the terms shown at the time of the offer (for example, duration, renewal price, and eligibility). If those terms conflict with this page, the offer-specific terms control for that promotion only.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, interfere with security or performance, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Legal & export restrictions

You may not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving exports or services under applicable laws (including trade sanctions and embargoes). You are responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction. We may restrict access where required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable consumer law where you reside).
